Actually, according to the official rules, the 8 people with the most nominations get to the final round, so it's important to keep nominating people even if they already have nominations.

1. 8 posters will be put up to the final voting process for each respected award. The posters considered will be those who receive the most nominations. Consider this round a preliminary round.
