Im struggling with photofiltre to make a sig to start off, if you can lend any pointers i.e. how to make layers, how to create backgrounds, how to get specific items out of pictures to use would be greatly appreciated.:)

Get an old copy of Photoshop (please don't ask me how to obtain it.) I taught the program to myself about a year and a half ago using a Dummy book (for about a week) and then months of trial and error.

Plus, you can find tutorials as well. Always keep making new items and never stop learning. It is actually not that hard if you keep up with it and you can do it.

As you go, post questions and I'm sure one of us can answer it.
