I'm not exactly sure if it is game worn, there aren't any grass stains on it. But pretty cool none the less.

My guess is that it's from the Jets based on the numbers that are inside the V neck. Generally jerseys used for games have them inside. It's possible he wore it but never actually played in the game. My guess is that it isn't game worn but did come out of the Jets locker room.
