During this mini lul in free agent signings, let me ask the season tic holders a personal question:

Would you give up your tics and watch every game on TV if it meant the Jets making it to the SB (outcome unknown)?

If you kept your tics, the Jets finish 2007 kike 2006.

Bottom line: How much does game day :drunk: mean to you versus how well the Jets do?

I don't have season tix, but I would have to say fuck yeah...

Edit: I only get to see the Jets in person 1 time a year when they come to Miami so maybe the real season ticket holders have a different opinion.

Thats too tough of a question. The feeling i would have if the Jets went to the Super Bowl would be unreal. That would be awesome. But the feeling i get going to the games as opposed to watching on TV is great too. Id say if i got to watch the game in the parking lot and have a full tailgate, Id probably do it for a Jets Super Bowl.

no way.
seeing your favorite team in person 10 times a year is surreal.
i wouldnt trade it for a super bowl
just close your eyes and envision the monday night miracle or the 02 green bay game .you would never experience that.and that would be a crime.

I'd give up seeing them live to see them go to a superbowl without a doubt. I probably couldn't afford SB tickets, so I'd just watch that on TV anyways. As long as I had my bro nearby to chestbump and shit while the game was going on. It's fun being there for a live game, but a guaranteed SB by not going! I'll buy that for a dollar.

I have season tickets. As long as I only had to give them up for the year the Jets won the Superbowl, I'd do it in a heartbeat. If I had to give them up forever, it would be a tougher decision but I'd probably do it anyway - my seats aren't that good.

Well I had season tix in 69 when we won SB3 & still have them today so why would you want to give them up if they are now WORLD CHAMPIONs?

If it was only for the year they won then 100% yes!

Absolutely, I don't go to tailgate, I don't go for the atmosphere- I go to watch the Jets win. if there was some way it was guaranteed the Jets could win a SB if I didn't show up I wouldn't go anymore.

I'd give up my season tix & then go scalp tix for every game. It would be the best of both worlds..

I started going in 1990 and the last season before I started going to every game we were 4-12 so I can't be that much of a jinx:)

if we have an afternoon preseason game I'll take him this year but it's going to be a few years before I take him to a game. I will take him to his first Yankee game this year though.

My Son just turned 2, maybe '08 unless they have a daytime exhibition game this year then I will take him to that.

2 is a little young. too many drunks during the season preseason is best.
