I agree. How did this person get this nomination with these stupid threads he is creating. He's almost like a Glenn Foley that some people like.

This board needs more optimists. Too many darksiders here.

It wasn't that thread I was talking about. It was the one that the Mods deleted that talked about how Belichek is so angry cause he needs a woman. This can be funny stuff but is meant more for the BS forum.

I THINK WE HAVE A DUPLICATE
Uhm a Jets fan only has 112 posts since august and he got nominated that's ridiculous. I got around 250 and I begun in October. I think RobA is also Uhm a Jets fan. As soon as the nominations went out RobA nominated him or should I say himself. Uhm a Jets fan only have two votes. I am not so sure if you can vote for your self but if you can the votes are clearly by "RobA" and "Uhm a Jets fan".
There is no way Uhm a Jets fan should be in the voting. If there is a Moderator seeing this I think they should look into to see if RobA and Uhm a Jets fan is the same person.

Even if it's true, you self promoted yourself to be nominated.

Maybe I just missed it, but I really don't remember all of the complaints last year about people not being nominated or elected for different awards last year (not just here - there's a major incident going on right now in the most knowledgeable poster thread). How about a little perspective here, folks - these are imaginary awards voted on by (mostly) complete strangers on a football message board! Getting all worked up about these things is pretty ridiculous, don't you think?

If I could vote for "Uhm..." as worst rookie of the year, I would. What's with the love affair between it and RobA?
Are you two brothers?
No. Does casting a vote for someone make you related?

it's a lot more than that, RobA. A lot more. And you know that.

Just to help you out here.. if you explain your reasoning for nominating him people might ease up a bit no you... but then again.. they probably won't

I made the nomination simply because I saw him as an optimist (someone that agreed with me that the jets were playoff team), which TGG lacks.

There was only one instance that I can remember where Jessie went crazy on TwinJetFan because she won Biggest Troublemaker. It really was funny as hell and it's a shame the board crashed after that. Other than that, the awards were always peaceful and enjoyable (not to say I'm not enjoying the bickering a little).
Maybe it's because junc's recent "I'm so great and right all the time" behavior has put everyone into attack mode when it comes to challenging their credibility and whether or not they deserve an award?

All the fighting is great, although we're walking a tight line between fighting and whining, which is no fun. These awards are supposed to liven up and keep things interesting during the offseason and I think it's' working.
