Does anyone think that Alan Branch will be available at Number 26? If not, will we go for offense or defense first? What reasonable pick do you guys really want and why?

probably should go in the draft section or other 50 threads there are about this subject... I don't think he will be there.. he is #2 on Mel Kipers board right now.. thats a pretty solid indication

Not a chance. He'll be gone in the top 12. Depends what player left is best at either RB or DL. I would take that guy.

I really want either a 300 pound DE in the mold of Ty Warren or a RB like Lynch, Irons or Bush.

Seems like the draft threads are getting hot now...only a little less then 4 monts away lol

Alan Branch will be long gone.

You gotta love us picking 26, 37 and probably 58. And all that Cap room....

Having three picks in the top 58 is great. We need more talent on this team and those three picks should provide us just that. Not to mention all of our other picks.

I remember one of the announcers on Sunday commenting about how many Gators were on New England's team. The Gators really kicked ass last night.

I know one guy I've had my hopes for, Gaines Adams

FINAL WORD: top defensive end/rush linebacker, in this upcoming draft. How he plays this season, will show a lot as to whether he's more DeMarcus Ware, or Osi Yumenyora. For me, I put him as a rush OLB, ala Shawne Merriman, and let him operate in space, where he can do the most damage. How much time he spends at linebacker this year, will dictate much of how he's viewed at the next level. I think he could be a traditional 4-3 rush end, but he seems to be more versatile than that, and with so much potential, would be limiting him. VISIT

DE Gaines Adams ~ Clemson -- Widely regarded as a likely first round pick -- maybe even a top 10 pick. At "only" 260 pounds, his best asset is his blinding speed as an edge-rusher. Posted 9.5 sacks and 15 TFL's last season. Has a long wing-span, which helps him terrorize quarterbacks -- 9 PD's in 2005. Flirted with the idea of leaving Clemson after his junior season, but wisely decided to stay in school in order to gain some weight and improve as a run-stopper. Admitted in July the NFL's Draft Advisory Committee handed him a 4th round projection after the 2005 season.

I wish we had him Sunday, maybe Brady would have eaten the turf a few times.

He will be gone around the same time as Branch unfortunately but he would be a great addition

McDonald out of Florida would be a great fit for a DE in the 3-4 defense. He's quick, big, and powerfull.
