Posting well thought out posts that add value to the thread is NOT post whoring. If you need to see an example of post whoring just check twolmbes posts.

Meh, I don't really like that definition. I think there's a difference between people who are post whores and people who just post a lot.

I equate a post whore to the annoying chick who talks your ear off about nothing and won't shut-up because she just likes to hear herself talk.

I don't think that really classifies as a "post whore", though. IMO, they're usually people who post 3-4 word semi-sentences just to boost their post count. Ever check out a Game Thread? Oodles of PWs can be found there. They can usually churn out three seperate posts of "first down!!!!!!" "what a play!!!!" "OMG!!!" all within a minute or so.

Yeah, I just didn't quite grasp this one. I had nominated 3rd and then edited the post more than a half hour later when I saw some others who got nominated along with some reasons why. It appeared to me that my nomination didn't belong.

I had thought 3rd qualified because he seems to be everywhere. I imagine it is rare that he reads a thread without posting in it.
I now see this is more of a negative award than I had thought and I shall retract the 3rd nomination.

If you look at the number of posts some people post in the game threads you can see some people who fit this classification.. i have to admit that in the earlier games I was one of these people with a ton of posts in the game threads but now i limit it to less than 10
